Qualifications: B.Med.Sci 1989, B.M., B.S. 1991 (Nottingham), MRCGP 1997

Kate started working at Page Hall Medical Centre in 2001 and qualified as a GP Trainer in 2016.

Kate leads on the practice's strategic development and is a member of the Primary Care Network (PCN) executive and steering groups. 

She has special interests in chronic pain, mental health, quality improvement, 'green' initiatives and community engagement.

She also enjoys commuting on her electric bike, gardening and yoga. 

Dr Lucie Berthoud

Lucie trained in London and qualified as a GP in 2012. She relocated to Sheffield in 2020 having had some time off whilst living in New Zealand for a year with her family.

Lucie has spent the last few years working as a speciality doctor at a Rotherham Hospice and is looking forward to working with the team at Page Hall and being back in general practice. Lucie is also a GP appraiser.

Emma is a GP who was excited to come back to Page Hall Medical Centre in 2023 after completing some of her training here in 2020.

She is particularly interested in helping to make healthcare more eco-friendly and works with other doctors across the city to do this.

In her spare time she enjoys rock climbing and walking in the Peaks.

I have lived in Sheffield since 2002 with my family, to attend Sheffield Medical School and then train as a GP. I have worked in Sheffield as a qualified GP since 2012. Before 2002, I worked as a Paramedic in London and Yorkshire. I have an interest in Education and currently work part-time at Sheffield University as a Tutor for small groups of medical students.

Qualifications: BSc (Hons), MBBS (Newcastle 2007), MRCP, DRCOG, MRCGP

Alice leads on Childrens Safeguarding within the practice. Alice also leads on lots of community projects and is the lead for the PCN Health Inequalities role. 

Alice also teaches medical students in her university role, alongside working at Page Hall Medical Centre.

Alice enjoys riding her bike and taking walks in the country side.

Qualifications: RGN

Ann qualified from the Sheffield School of Nursing in 1988, and from 1994 to 2018 she worked at Page Hall Medical Centre.

She spent 2 years working nationally as a Clinical Nurse Advisor for the Digital Primary Care Team at NHSE/X. Her role was to develop and encourage nurses and patients to use digital technology in health care. Ann returned to Page Hall Medical Centre in 2020.

She is passionate about reducing health inequalities and improving the health of the patient population and wider community of Page Hall.

Her special interests include womens health, contraception, travel health, green initiatives and the continued development of the video group clinic

She commutes to work across the city on her bike and would encourage those reading this to become more active, and be aware just how much exercise can improve our minds and bodies health and well being

Qualifications: Qualifications: MBChB (Sheffield, 2011), MPH, MRCGP

Cate retuned to Page Hall Medical Centre in 2023, having completed her GP training here in 2020.

She works within the Nursing Home Team. She also works for the University of Sheffield doing research to give our patient population a voice within the health care system. She is passionate about tackling health inequalities and has an interest in women's health.

In her spare time she enjoys riding her bike and running in the Peak District.

Javi is a Physician Associate who qualified in Sheffield in 2019. 

Javi has been with the practice since January 2020, as a Physician Associate, he is able to take medical histories, conduct comprehensive physical exams, request and interpret tests, diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, and counsel on preventive health care. He is also the Physician Associate lead for South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw training hub and is a passionate believer in health, social and economic equality. 

Javi enjoys reading, cooking, and sometimes watching Man Utd.

I joined the practice in 2019, having previously worked overseas mainly in The Gambia. I am an academic GP, this means I also work part-time at the University of Sheffield and am involved in conducting research into Global Lung Health. I am passionate about inclusive equitable primary health care and have an interest in Respiratory.

Shameem has been at Page Hall Medical Centre for more than 10 years, she sees lots of patients for annual reviews, blood tests, B.P checks, wound dressing and diabetes. She also does home visits for our most vulnerable patients including our nursing home.

Qualifications: BMedSci 2012; MBChB 2015 (Sheffield); MRCGP (2022)

Sam joined the practice is August 2023. She qualified as a GP in 2022 in Sheffield and then worked as a rural GP in Scotland. Here she continued to develop an interest in acute and urgent care, and tackling health inequalities.

She enjoys hiking, running and training her rescue greyhound.

Kate started as a registrar GP at Page Hall Medical Centre, she became a salaried GP with Page Hall Medical Centre in 2011 after finishing her GP training. She enjoys singing in a choir and spending time with her family.

Celia leads and specialises in diabetes within Page Hall Medical Centre. She also leads on the flu campaign every year for the Practice and Patients. 

She also teaches our clinical team to care for our complex diabetic patients and work alongside secondary care to ensure thet receive the best care possible. 

She is passionate on equitable access for all of our patients, and offering services to those patients who do not have English as a first language.

Kayleigh joined the team in May 2026. She is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care and supporting patients in maintaining their health and wellbeing. 

Kayleigh carries out annual reviews and routine health checks, as well as our drop-in blood clinic and blood pressure clinics.

Wafa joined our team in May 2023, 

She works within our reception team and will ask you questions about your health so that she can direct you to the most suitable person to help you. 

Wafa also speaks English, Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati and Hindi. She used to work in a local community pharmacy and so she has a good understanding of medicines.

Reem Joined Page Hall MC  in January 2023, Reem has been learning the skills to support our patient population, Reem continues to support our Arabic speaking patients, to access services. 

Reem may ask you some questions around why you would like an appointment, she will do this to make sure you are getting seen by the right person at the right time.

Soraya has been at Page Hall Medical Centre for around 8 years, in her role as reception manager, she ensures reception are up to date with training and knowledge of local services. She ensures the smooth running of the reception team, to enable patients to access our services. 

Soraya is also a phlebotomist that can do most aspects of annual reviews.

Khadegah is based within our reception team, She leads on reception staffing, training, development and complaints, but, is also a trained phlebotomist she also does BP checks and annual reviews.

She speaks fluent Arabic which means she can help support and direct our patients to services that suit their needs. 

Khadegah enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

Omar joined our team in January 2023, Omar speaks fluent Arabic. 

Omar has been learning the systems in order to help our patients, access services that they may not know about. Omar may ask questions around why you need an appointment, this is so that he can direct you to a service that is the best to deal with your needs. 

He enjoys playing basketball and keeping fit.

Fatima joined the Page Hall team in August 2022, as a more experienced receptionist, Fatima has the skills and knowledge to help our patients access service that would be best to help with your conditions, She may direct you to a HUB appointment, book you in to see a physio or maybe advise you to attend the pharmacy for advice. 

Fatima speaks both Urdu and Arabic !!

Kian Joined PHMC in August 2022 and Kian plays a large part in the running of the admin team. He ensures reports and data are correct and up to date. He also maintains our IT systems and looks at quality improvements to see what we can do better.

Alongside the medical centre Zaina will also be working at the Wicker Pharmacy two days a week to enable us to work closely with comunity pharmacy teams.

Foyzul has been a pharmacist since 2017. He has worked in a variety of pharmacy sectors including hospital and community. He has gained experience in dealing with complex queries relating to medication. I have worked as a Pharmacy Manager,  which involved leading a team and running a successful Pharmacy. My passion is to empower people with knowledge of their medication and how to take their medication correctly.  

In my free time, I like to cook and spend time with my family.

Alex is a pharmacy techinician that works within the Primary Care Network (PCN). She works with the nursing homes within the PCN to ensure efficiency and accuracy with medications and ordering. She is a huge advocate for online ordering of medications and has managed to set Abbey Grange up to do this.

Zeyd joined Page Hall Medical Centre in February 2022 as a receptionist. 

He previously worked for the foundry network to provide patients with practical and emotional support and to encourage them to build up confidence in themselves. He will now be using these skills to help the patients of Page Hall. 

Zeyd now works as our practice care co-ordinator and is using his skills to continue to support our patients in accessing work, training and gaining additional skills to build confidence.

Patient Access Coordinator

Sajda has been appointed as Patient Access Coordinator for Foundry Primary Care Network. The aim of her role is to support patients to attend their secondary care appointments, who may be at risk of not attending. This support is flexible and undefined. Sajda supports patients in booking and attending their appointment. Please contact your GP surgery if you require support attending secondary care appointments.
