Secret Garden Page Hall - Concern about adult/child

  1. Volunteer has concern about a child/adult at risk
  2. Volunteer talks to Designated Safeguarding Lead
  3. Designated Safeguarding Lead has concerns about a child/ adult at risk. If there is a risk of serious & immediate harm ring 999 immediately
  4. If they not available, or the concerns are about the Designated Lead for Safeguarding, talk to another member of the organising committee. Talk to Sheffield Safeguarding Children Safeguarding Hub 0114 273 4855
  5. Concerns Sufficient to make referrals to Children’s/Adult Social Care within one working day (Complete on individual profile). Referral made by staff member who has raised concerns.
  6. Record concern and send to Designated Safeagurding Lead
  7. If issues concern domestic abuse use the DASH form
  8. If consent gained from the victim, signpost or refer to IDAS and consider contacting the police.
