Patients wanted for our new Patient Forum

The Page Hall Medical Centre Patient Forum (PHPF) is a ‘Patient Participation Group’ allowing patients to offer their views, experiences, suggestions and ideas to the Practice Team through a strong and close working partnership between patients and the Practice.
PHPF will be the patient voice of the Page Hall Medical Centre.
Why should I join?
Your experiences matter and you can bring different ideas to the surgery to help us treat patients better or to improve what we do in some way.
You will also gain a better understanding of the NHS, and gather feedback from other patients.
Interested in joining?
PHPF would like gather as many patients as possible from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a true representative sample.
How can I get involved?
Anyone who is registered with Page Hall Medical Centre can join the PHPF.
